In terms of the following services PSI Polska Sp. z o.o. acts as a rule as a Personal Data Processor and we are obliged to strict data processing guidelines specified by our Principals who are formal Data Controllers provide data to us with the consent of the Participants and only for the purpose and scope of the service:

  • Coaching/Mentoring
  • Development Processes
  • Development Centre
  • Assessment Centre
  • 360 Feedback/Survey
  • Power Acumen Map
Personal Data that we process as part of the above mentioned services:
 
Assessment/Development Centre, 360 Feedback/Survey:
  • Identification and contact Data: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position.
  • Summary Report Data: style of professional approach, individual motives, talents, needs, profile of selected professional competences.
Trainings/Workshops, Coaching/Mentoring, Development Processes:
  • Identification and contact Data: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position.


How is the recruitment process going?

Stage 1:The first contact, for which we need contact details, is via e-mail or a telephone (at this stage we collect consent for processing of personal data). We ask for your consent to have an initial conversation about the job offer and then for your general consent to process your Personal Data with regard to recruitment processes

Stage 2:Research Department conducts a telephone conversation that allows you to pre-discuss the specific job offer and its requirements as well as to check your initial interest in the given career opportunity

Stage 3:Direct interview with the Consultant leading the project: discussing the specific recruitment project, the Candidate’s experiences that are required for the position as well as verifying the needs and expectations on both sides (for this stage a Candidate’s resumé is needed)

Stage 4:Collecting your separate, written consent to share your Personal Data with a particular Client that is required to further participation in a given project

Stage 5:Preparing a summary of the Candidate Profile for the Client in a form of a report covering Personal Data included in the CV and information provided during an interview with the Consultant (contact details, education and completed trainings, career path, competence and personality profile, motivation to job change, financial expectations)

Stage 6:Arranging meetings of Candidates with the Client (Presentation stage)

Stage 7:Potential additional ways of verifying competencies, position and company culture fit i.e. WAVE Professional Styles Questionnaire, Reasoning Tests, assessment centre, etc. (those take place only with the Candidate’s agreement, after providing the necessary information in order to make an informed and voluntary decision and after obtaining separate freely given consent to participate in this stage). After carrying the above out, we provide the Client and Candidate feedback with the results and conclusions.

Stage 8:Providing a support by PSI Polska in the process of negotiating employment conditions and successfully finalizing talks between the chosen Candidate and the Client.

Stage 9:Feedback provided by PSI Polska to each Candidate participating in the project.

How do we comply with your rights?

In order to protect your Personal Data, all PSI Polska employees follow the GDPR guidelines, as well as strictly defined internal rules of conduct, and the IT systems used by us guarantee full data protection.

You have the right to access your data at any time, to update and correct it, as well as to request for deleting data, restricting data processing and data transferring. You have also the right to withdraw your consent at any time as well as to file a complaint with the supervisory body.

The time of processing Personal Data by PSI Polska is based on individually granted consent and it is:

  • a duration of the given recruitment project (usually 3-5 months), if the consent was given only for the particular project. After its completion, the data will be deleted.
  • until the consent is withdrawn, if the consent was given to retain data in order to inform about current and/or future projects and possible participation in them.
If, after the initial telephone contact or during the project, the Candidate is not interested in a given recruitment process or resigns from participating in it, the data will be archived until the end of the process, only to avoid contact with the Candidate asking about their interest in the process. If the Candidate's data is sent to the Client for presentation purposes, such personal data is always pseudonymised in a way that does not allow the Client to identify a specific Candidate.

For the purposes of technical IT support and electronic post purposes, we use the services of IT providers (Processors) who may have access to certain personal data for purposes of rendering services to us and therefore are obliged to comply with strictly defined data protection and security guidelines.
